Email address, if you provide one to unlock additional free capacity in the extension without creating an account. In that case we store only the address and the time it was provided — no account is created, and no memory content is included
Memories and context you choose to save, including content you ask SoulPrint to remember from conversations on sites you use (via the SoulPrint Passport Chrome extension and MCP connectors)
Conversation content submitted to the Service
Usage metrics (tokens, session counts, interaction timestamps)
Technical metadata (IP address, browser type, device type)

We do not collect unnecessary personal information.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Provide the Service
Maintain conversational continuity
Improve system performance
Monitor system health and cost metrics
Ensure security

We do not sell user data.

3. AI Processing

User conversations are processed by large language model providers under contractual agreements.

These providers may temporarily process data to generate responses but do not retain personal data beyond necessary operational use, subject to their policies.

4. Data Storage

Conversation history and memory objects may be stored to support continuity features.

The SoulPrint Passport Chrome extension stores memories locally on your device when you use it without an account, and syncs them to your SoulPrint account when signed in. You can clear local data by removing the extension, and account data by requesting deletion at any time.

We do not read or store the content of your conversations beyond what is needed to inject your saved context on your behalf and to extract memories you ask us to remember. The extension runs only on the AI assistants it supports — currently ChatGPT and Claude — and on soulprintengine.ai for account sign-in and sync.

Beta data retention policies may change as the Service evolves.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user data.

No system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain data as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the Service.

Users may request deletion at any time.

SoulPrint is not intended for users under 13 years of age. Users aged 13-17 must have parental or guardian permission.
